LexisNexis acquire Redwood Analytics |

Continuing their shopping frenzy, LexisNexis have announced the acquisition of Redwood Analytics.
While Redwood don't have an extensive profile in the region, they are a key player in the US law firm business intelligence market, and have been making inroads into Asia-Pac over the last year.
The purchase makes sense for LexisNexis as it gives them another chunk of the lawyer's desktop, and with their suite of pre-packaged reports designed for law firms, Redwood is an excellent choice.
Now we'll just have to see how LexisNexis go about integrating this with their ever expanding suite of product, and whether they will eventually purchase one of the big players in the practice management market to go with it.
