TressCox CFO Adam James has stated that a key impetus for the move was the lack of financial reporting available from their current product and has praised the ability for lawyers to self serve reports from the 3E system.
The firm also plans to implement 3E's workflow component to streamline the firm's "front and back-office functions"."
In the current economic climate, rapid access to financial reporting information is set to become even more important, so we may see a number of firms moving from legacy systems to more modern practice management solutions (that's if they can afford to).
