While Merrill currently don't have much of a profile here in the litigation support area, they have a large share of the court transcript and reporting industry following their acquisition of WordWave International, Smith Bernal International and Court Reporting Services (CRS Pty Ltd).
Merrill have announced that they will be looking to provide new services such as e-discovery, document management and other "high tech" solutions to client in the Asia-Pac market.
