The online data room was originally scheduled to run for 24 weeks but was extended to 50 weeks.
The dealroom involved 4,000 documents and 50,000 pages and allowed parties in the USA, UK, BVI and Australia to have secure access 24x7.
The announcement may heat up the competition with Intralinks, the other major dealroom provider who have been showing renewed interest in the Asia-Pacific market.
