Adobe, Corel, Sonic Solutions (DVD burning software) and Symantec are alleging that the top 200 US firm used unspecified products, resulting in "repeated and irreparable injury."
Amusingly, the suit resulted from talks between the parties collapsing due to Fox Rothchild taking a "particularly aggressive stance". Who would have thought a law firm would do that? We're assuming that it was handled in house.
More intriguing is the inclusion of Corel and exclusion of Microsoft. Does this mean that the firm had enough fear of Microsoft to properly license their software, or that there is one large firm still using Wordperfect?
