Although they haven't done a great deal of work in Australia, Baker Robbins are one of the main large firm consultancies in Europe and the US, with offices in n Houston, San Francisco, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and London.
It will be interesting to see whether the takeover will encourage Thomson to enter the law firm consultancy mark in this region.
