The new group will comprise around 90 people from LexisNexis, Visualfiles and the new Locus crew when they make their way across to the Chatswood offices. The combined size probably makes it the largest legal consultancy in the country, with a product suite that includes Practice Management (Locus), Case Management (Visualfiles and Locus), Document Construction (Hotdocs, Visualfiles and Locus), CRM (Interaction), and probably a few more that we've forgotten. They also have access to a bunch of products that their US and UK counterparts have been busily acquiring (Redwood etc) so it will be interesting to see how they plan to merge the combined software offerings.
