Whitehall have announced a new version of their Whitehill Enterprise document creation software commonly used to create bills in Elite and other practice management products.

The new version allows bills to be automatically saved in Worksite 8, something that many firms have had to create workarounds to achieve.

The release also allows for "gradual adoption" of the more efficient XML WordML engine.

The move to XML document creation is one that will delight IT departments who have had to deal with banks of computers running Word as a logged on user.
