OpenText have announced the release of their latest product "Open Text Content Lifecycle Management Services for Microsoft® Office SharePoint® Server" or "Open Text CLM Services for SharePoint" for short.

From the information in their press release and on their web site it really isn't clear what the product is, but it appears to be a Sharepoint based front end to Open Text's backend that incorporates some degree of workflow and universal search.

Or alternatively it could be a stand alone DMS based on Sharepoint that can be mapped back to an OpenText repository as this line seems to imply "Microsoft SharePoint Document Library attributes can be mapped to Open Text Enterprise Library Services document attributes".
