The new solution is aimed at enabling law firms to prepare court bundles in PDF or printable form. Although it appears in the early stages of development, it looks as though the Visualfiles piece will be to add workflow to DocsCorp's existing solution, which already has the ability to combine different types of documents into a single PDF, add Bates numbering and redline.
It will be interesting to see how the collaboration progresses.
