The new monotone web presence is rumoured to be based on the Ektron CMS400.net solution, a (not surprisingly) Microsoft .net content management application.
It looks like Ektron are making a concerted drive into the legal market, particularly in the UK where they have been conducting roadshows aimed at the legal market.
