The system infers a person's status based on information from "Outlook calendars, instant messaging (IM) activity, BlackBerry usage, keyboard activity, and VOIP status", pulling information from their Cisco phone system, Exchange email, Active Directory and Peoplesoft HR and putting it together with Metstorm workflows.
As always it's great to see innovation in the legal technology world, particularly when it's coming out of the Asia-Pac region.
