Following on from the announcement that a large UK firm is moving to Microsoft Dynamics for its CRM needs (you can find our story here) Client Profiles, a US company have signed a reseller agreement with a local firm to provide their Dynamics based product to Asia Pacific law firms.

Their product, CRM4Legal, allows lawyers to view all of their client relationship information through Outlook, an interface they tend to be comfortable with.

The local reseller and implementer is the RDA Group, a Microsoft Gold Partner with Dynamics experience, but not a great deal of presence in the legal world.  It will be interesting to see how they go with customising the product for the local market and dealing with the peculiar world of law firms.
