While there's been no public word from Alphawest (and they're still listed as a partner on LexisNexis's web site) we've been advised by a number of firms that Alphawest have announced their intention to pull out of the Interaction sale and support market.

We're unsure of the reasoning behind this, but it is likely due to the short supply of techies with experience in administering Interaction, and the loss of the two Davids to Trinogy.

This leaves Trinogy as the (almost) sole provider of sales and support for Interaction in the region.  That's unless LexisNexis want to enter into the action themselves with their new Locus powered consulting division.
